You may submit a written representation with all medical records seeking relaxation of attendance shortage. If denied, approach University/High Court through advocate seeking permission to appear for exams.

Approach the HC to file a Writ Petition, if you have valid grounds. Seek urgent listing of the matter, if the exam is anticipated in the near future. Seek legal advice immediately to review your case. The HC regularly intervenes if it is a genuine case. Your matter will most likely be listed before a Divisional Bench.

If the attendance requirement is 75% and your attendance is only 49%, the college may deny examination eligibility as per the applicable university rules. However, since you have genuine medical issues and have already submitted medical certificates, you should immediately make a detailed written representation to the Principal and University authorities requesting relaxation/condonation of attendance on medical grounds. If your request is rejected without proper consideration of your medical records, you may explore appropriate legal remedies. The exact course of action will depend upon the university regulations, attendance policy, and supporting medical documents. Kindly share the college notice, attendance record, and medical certificates for a detailed legal opinion and further guidance.
