Coconut tree issue with neighbour

14-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
We have a coconut tree which is 3 1/2 feet inside my compound. The tree was bending at 45 degree angle, bending towards the intersection of neighbour's site and road. The tree is 27 years old, and fruit bearing. We have secured the coconuts by tying safety nets and have also pulled back the bending tree well into our boundary using iron wires. Only part of the branches are stretching into the air-space of his property. He wants us to remove the tree. Please advice.
