Clarification on submission of scanned copy of vakalatnama in court

24-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I'm a defendant in a partition suit in Indian. I have to sign on a vakalatnama and an intimation letter. Can I sign on the scanned copy of those two documents and resend the scanned copy to india for submission in the case? Will my scanned signature be accepted by the court?

Sir Yes, if you send the scanned copy of vakalatnama it will suffice the purpose. It will be taken into consideration and will be accepted by the concerned court. Your scanned signature will be accepted

no scan copy of the documents will not be accepted in the court in india you have to execute a power of attorney in favor of someone to act on behalf of you if you cannot come to india, you can get the poa affirmed from indian embassy if you cannot leave the country which you are in.
