Clarification on Parking Rights

15-Feb-2025 (In Civil Law)
Dear Advocate I need your legal expertise on a matter. My flat's agreement clearly states that a specific space is designated for entry and exit purposes only. Can other residents legally park their vehicles in this designated entry and exit road for my flat, thereby creating obstacles for me? Best regards, Atul Pund

As per your flat agreement, if a specific space is designated solely for entry and exit, other residents cannot legally park their vehicles there if it obstructs your access. This may constitute a violation of property rights and society by-laws. You may raise the issue with the housing society and, if unresolved, file a complaint with the cooperative court or local municipal authority.

Well, I need to go through the clause of your Flat Agreement which specifies specific space designated for merely entry and exit purposes, upon reading such clause in entirety, I will able to give legal advice. Hence, share such clause
