सर हमने एक प्लाॅट खरीदा था 2001 में और लिखापढ़ी नाॅटरी द्वारा लिखी हुई है पक्की रजिस्ट्री नहीं है। और तभी से हम अपना पक्का मकान बना कर रह रहे हैं। कब्जा हमारे पास है । अब विपक्षी की नीयत मे खोट आ गया और जमीन छीनने की बात कर रहा है। हम उस पर और निर्माण करा रहे थे तो विपक्षी ने अंतरिम स्टे ऑर्डर ले लिया है हमारे खिलाफ हमारी बिना सुनवाई के । और हमारा काम रुकवा दिया है जिससे हमको बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है हमारा सीमेंट बगैरा खराब हो रहा है । हम कोर्ट में जाते है किन्तु वादी तारीख पर तारीख लिए जा रहा है । ऐसे में हम क्या करें प्लीज़!!
इसके लिए स्टे आर्डर की पक्की कॉपी लेकर और बाकि मुक़दमे के कागज़ लेकर उच्च न्यायलय आ सकते है और उस आदेश के खिलाफ स्टे ले सकते है वरना आपको ज़मीन खाली भी करनी पद सकती है अगर हाई कोर्ट से स्टे मिल गया तोह फिर आपको काफ़ी सुविधा हो सकती है बाकि अधिक जानकारी के लिए आप संपर्क कर सकते है
