Civil matter to the bank about relationship of father and son

Shall adhaar card ,pan card ,death certificate and notarized affadavit be taken as evidence and proof for relation ship between father and son to claim property settlement from bank?.

the bank will ask for session certificate I am not a Aadhar card or any other card certificate you have to approach the court and I am not your climbing from the bank has to be mention when opportunity given to me Alpha session certificate 24 and get justice and recovery

hello sir, these all which you mentioned in your query considered as supportive evidence only that documents can't prove your legality ,you have to obtain legal heir certificate and succession certificate from a competent court.
