How can I obtain a court order to correct spelling of my name and date of birth on my CBSE mark sheets when my other documents have the correct details, and what is the process under Indian law?

You have to first approach CBSE and see if they have a process for this. If they don’t have a process then file a representation to CBSE and if they don’t provide a solution then move for a Mandamus Writ in Delhi High Court.

You don't need a court order in first place. All you need to do is to get it corrected at the CBSE office by following the due procedure. Only if the concerned officials are not doing the needful then you can move to the concerned High court for a direction.
