Civil Case Appeal Time Limit For Family Property

My civil case was dismissed in 2018. In sessions court can I go for appeal in high court now?? Since its already 5years completed. Case was filled for family property partition . Please confirm weather I can file appeal in high court.

as there is delay in filing the appeal you can file an application for condonation of delay and even 2 years corona period also will help you in condoning the delay, so get the certfied copies and file appeal along with the delay condonation application.
