Civil Case Appeal Filled Without Informimg Respondents

Civil case of partition was dismissed in the year 2018. And RFA appeal was filled in 2019 in high court we were respondents. They have not even informed us. And petitioner had changed our residential address to different location. And he has taken the notice letter and we are not even aware till today 2023. We got to know case number now and it says last date of action is 6/1/21. So case has not processed post 2021??

Enter into the proceedings if it is still pending. Filing a petition for set aside you can enter and contest the case. Give the reason that you stated above for non-appreance, you will be allowed to submit your case.
