Chicken shop in neighbour building

Hi, a chicken shop was opened in my beside building. I am suffering mentally and physically because of constant smell emitting from shop. What are the legal remedies available with me ?
Shop was operated in a building that should be used for residential purpose as per layout permission.
hi if the chicken shop is built in the residential house and without obtaining any valid permission and by deviating the original permission then you could make an representation to municipal authorities to take action and if they failed to take action then you could file writ petition
