Dear sir I have barrowed money for bussiness needs from vistar finance business was losses I am unable to pay emis I have given them comercial plots for security they have taken blank checss at the time of loan sanctioned now they are filing check bounce against me give me good solution now my situation is very bad ..
if they given legal notice get it and come to my office then we can give replays for notice then we can if they file d case then we contest case we can win case some other ground this is the process of law other then you don't have way to resolve problem

Hi...if they files cheque bounce case after receiving the summoning you have to appear before the court and take bail. If your ready for settlement you can mention the same before the court and try to settle the case there only or else you have to lead evidence.
