Cheated a senior citizen and transfered property

I had financial problems I had given my mother's property documents to my brother in law which is a gift deed to keep it as surety and help me financial debt but he took my mother when I was not there and transfered the property in his name he cheated my and and got it signed how can we fight this case please help
please file a police complaint against your brother in law and also file the case in assistant commissioner Court in collector office under senior citizens act , you may get the relief as soon as possible orelse call me I can help you in the matter...
