Change of name of self and my father's on 10th and 12th Marksheets

14-Jan-2024 (In Civil Law)
I have the Gazette Notification for my name change as I have legally changed it and want to alter it on the marksheets, but as for my father's name , there is spelling error and I also want remove an extra surname. I have an affidavit and 2 newspaper ads published stating that my father's name have been wrongfully stated on my marksheets but I DO NOT have a Gazette Notification for the same.So I wanted to know if the affidavit and newsp. ad will be enough to change my father's n. on marksheets?

You can get the corrections done in your 10th and/or 12th marksheets within 2-3 years from the date of passing the above standard in school. If the time period is more than that, then the school authorities and the concerned Board will not entertain your request to make changes in your marksheets. In that case, you can only get it published in the government of India official gazette.
