Change of domicile after I moved to hostel of my college. Is it possib

I have been living in X district of U.P. since 1st standard with my mom at my maternal grandfather's house. Now I am in a UG college in the same district and living in hostel. My paternal side of the family has been living in Delhi, my mom has moved there now and I also lived there for initial 6 years of my life.I have nivas/domicile of UP for this district. Can I change it to Delhi now? As I live in hostel now and would like my official address to be at my parents' in Delhi.

yes you can change the domicile to delhi update in the gazette official notification you were living in up you were in hostel you have novas in up this can be under the citizenship act please see the rules

you can change your residential address through your local residential ID proof like that any document which mention the local address ID it is possible legal knowledge and as for the rule change your address group with cause are any reason behind your changing thank you
