Change in site number in Bengaluru

HI, I bought a piece of land in 2019 in Bengaluru with is of 1200Sqft. It was in pre-launch stage and at that time my property is registered with a site no.10 which has a compound wall in east boundary, site no.9 in north and site no.11 in the south. Recently, the layout owner changed the layout plan and for the same piece of land, the site number has been changed to 33 instead of 10. He is forcing me to go for two rectification deeds. What could be possible repercussions of going for a rectification deed and what could be the idle solution for my case?

if you want to do rectification deed you can do rectification days as for the new layout plan in freelancer for they cannot get in layout plan approval no they got approved layout plan that purpose is suggesting to you can go for the rectification deed
