Certificate and id proofs related.

Sir in all certificate and in my all id proofs instead of my father mother name i have adopted parents name that is my father's big brother and his wife name is mention,but i don't have any adoption certificate.what should I do?

Even though you don't hold any adoption certificate, you will be considered as a real child as if they have given birth to you. adopted child and real children of the parents have the same right. as you have mentioned that you have the name of father's big brother in all documents, then it will work for all purpose to come.

Depend upon u to decide whom name u have preferred to keep in your certificates and id proofs. In ur both process/choice u need to file a declaration suit before competent Civil Judge of ur area where u claim ur relief what u want.
