Caste certificate issuance fraud case

I talked to an agent and he told that government is giving certificate seeing the title . Even I talked to the government officer,he confirmed the same . After getting the certificate and taking admission in government college , people are complaining about giving certificate to non sc people.In this case can I save my admission if I am accused ?I don't know my caste ,I may not belong to sc but what is if the government officer himself is fraud ?Can I save admission by proving my innocence ?
If you have been admitted through the quota of reservation based upon your caste certificate and subsequently your caste certificate has been found bogus then you are at loss if it is not like this then you may very well contest it before the authorities.
