Caste certificate for competitive exam

My problem is that i am belong to obc but in my school +2 i filled gen category because at that time I don't have the certificate so can i fill form for competitive exam as obc candidate

Yes you can fill if you are possessing your caste certificate right now. Your 12th class documents are the sole proof to say that you are belonging to generals caste. The only valid proof for your caste determination is caste certificate and if want to put your obc caste then it is ok.
