case withdrawer processure without lawyer

delayed the case not tekan on the board since long time so want to withdrawal because lower is helpless.

first of all I would like to give you obe suggestion for not withdrawing the case and to see at what stage your matter has reached and after inspection of the file to take a call and even after that you want to withdraw the case then you have to move one application in court and also to file affidavit in support of your application then your matter will be withdrawn by the order of the Hon'ble court.

I can assist you to withdraw your case from Court as soon as possible by filing requisite applications and evidences. However, before hiring me as your Advocate, you have to seek NOC from your previous Advocate and submit his NOC in Court.
