Car Ownership Not Being Transferred Neither Clearing Dues

This is regarding the car ownership transfer , my wife car is being used by person known by her , they are refusing to do ownership transfer neither returning the car , when aggressively asked the person who is using abusing us. They are just paying some amount every month , there are 4 challans on car , its on my wofe name , even third party insurance. Now what shall be done to force transfer ownership or either return back the car.

file an FIR for stolen your car so that if someone is minuses your car he will pay for it or anything which he will do he has to face the consequences for the same do it quickly because if he do some major blunder than you and your wife will be in really bad situation for more details you can connect with me
