Cancellation Of Transfer Order

I am working in SBI and posted in Bhopal. Recently I have transferred from Bhopal to Mumbai by SBI. But, my wife is pregnant and as per Dr. instructions, she needs complete bedrest and cannot travel due to complications and earlier 2 miscarriage happened. Another thing, my parents have already passed away, so nobody at home to take care of him. Therefore, I can't move to Mumbai due to the care of my wife. Please suggest what legal solutions are available in this case.

Give representation before the authority to cancel or suspend the transfer order. If the representation is not decided by the authorities, then move to the High Court for a stay on the transfer order until delivery. Best Regards, Rashmik Arya Adv

you can challange the transfer order before High court and also seek stay on it. before that you must make a representation before the concerned authorities for transfer so that you will get to know on what grounds you have been transferred. you must mention every reason why you should not be transferred from Bhopal to Mumbai.
