Cancellation of settlement deed by grandmother to mother.

30-Oct-2023 (In Civil Law)
My grandma gave a settlement deed to my mom before 15 years. Now for 10 days my mom came to my home to look after my daughter who is affected with dengue. My brother took this chance and brainwashed my granny asking this property in his name by cancelling the settlement deed. My mom was threatened to come home n phone mom was scared and din't go. Now they have pasted a notice outside our home stating that according to maintenance law my daughter dint look after me and am cancelling the deed. How to proceed this further? Can deed be cancelled. We have decided to sell the property can we sell it.? Buyers looking the notice and returning back without buying! What can we do?

As per your statement it seems that she is too cancel the settlement deed, as she was not maintained or her daughter didn't look after the mother. yes it can be done if she prove that. so as a daughter you have to show that you have taken enough care of her and challenge the same in court.
