Cancellation of sale deed !

I purchased a commercial portion in a disputed property between owner and builder not knowing the fact, got registered after waiting for 9 long years,later the builder got my registered sale deed cancelled, I want to revoke my sale deed immediately because the owner and builder are selling the property to a third party i am really worried ! Please help
