Can roommate kick me out if my name is not mentioned in rent agreement

Because of some reason i was not present during the creation of room agreement, so my name is not present in the agreement. I have 3 roomates two of them have no problem with me. But the third roomate has some issues with me and is trying to kick me out. Is this possible on the basis that i dont have have name on agreement, we have been living together for more than a year.
NO. the roommate can not evict from the tenated room premises without reasonble cause. so your rights are protected under rent control act . room mates have no authority at all to evict someone who also signed the agreement if your roommate drives you crazy or stops paying the rent , you have options , but they don't include kicking him out.

Is the 3rd Roommate the Primary Tenant in the Agreement executed? If yes, he can kick you out? But I think you all roommates can resolve this amicably without taking any extreme step. Alternatively search for a new flat with new roommates.
