Can revenue divisional officer set aside order of civil court

Hi Sir, We submitted our pattedar passbooks in a Civil Court for obtaining perpetual injunction as a proof -- mean while the defendants filed an appeal in the court of Revenue Divisional officer -- He cancelled our land mutation and cancelled the Pattedar Passbooks -- while the Passbooks are submitted in the Hon'ble Court and we are provided with an acknowledgement -- can the RDO's order to cancel the Passbooks be maintainable -- does that not come under contempt of Court (to change the document entries) Thanks in Advance Ramchander
