Salary of Mother: Rs.10 Lakh / Annum Income from other sources:Nothing Whether candidate is eligible for OBC Non-Creamy Layer? If so,please let us know G.O or Judgement's regarding it. **THANK YOU**

As your mother's annual income is more than 10 Lakhs, you will not be considered as belonging to OBC Non-Creamy Layer category. If you fulfill the eligibility of being one, you will get reservation benefits in government jobs.
