Can i have a relationship contract with my girlfriend?

We are not moving into a live in relationship, i just dont want future allegations. Can i have a relationship contract with her? In which the sex with consent and all these terms are mentioned?

No you cannot have a relationship contract according to the law in India. the law of contract does not govern it. Sex with consent if you are not in a defined relationship can be treated as rape on India. so before moving into such act please take advice of any learned advocate for the same and work accordingly

relationship contracts or live in contracts cannot be legally made. however you can collect and save evidence which suggests that the girl is in a consensual relationship with you incase things go bad are false charges are made out against you.

Yes you may enter a contact as per your mutual understandings. Still, as per the recent supreme court judgement she will be having her right to sue you for domestic violence without even solemnising marriage. In order to safeguard your interests you should consult me.

You can not have such a contract as it will not be valid under law. If you wish to be on the safer side, then you can have a relationship with a girl of your choice by having more conversations on chat, and that chat conversation should simply demonstrate that the girl was not forced to be in that relationship rather she herself wanted that relationship and in that manner only.
