Can I have a legal rights regarding the smooth passage on the road??

Sir, I have a house on deadend of the plot witha front road in proper layout and we do have the road on the backside of the plot in different layout. The problem arises in backside of the road where one of the property owner has locked my gate saying that you do not have legal right for smooth passage on the road since yours is a different layout. It is not the gated community layout infact it is the general layout from gram panchayat. All the rights of road are transferred muncipal corporation

hi if the neighbours are bot allowing to enter the land then you could file a suit for injumction against those neighbours to allow to use the said road for use and you could also give complaint to municipal authorities about the encroachment
