Can I get passport with different name from 10th certificate

Hi, I have changed my name after completing the graduation. Now my name is different from the 10th certificate. Can I get a passport with my new name which is not same as 10th certificate. I have remaining all documents with new name like aadhar, pan, bank

You have changed your name after completing your graduation. So, from 10th to graduation your name is completely different. In the passport form you shall be selecting that column that says you are a graduate by education. All your educational documents are to be aligned with your Id proofs and this can happen if you file an affidavit, newspaper clipping and a few more formalities of your respective State.
