Can I get NOC for a Plot in FTL buffer zone with LRS and ULC

15-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
Dear Sir, My plot comes under FTL buffer zone and is located in Sainikpuri. This plot has LRS and ULC and based on these documents the bank has given the loan. There are many houses and a temple is constructed around this plot and there are pucca roads laid by GHMC. It is important to note that the mentioned houses, temple and the pucca roads are much more nearer to the lake then my plot. That said, GHMC is not approving me to construct on my mentioned plot on the pretext that my plot falls under FTL buffer zone. With this background, i want to seek your advise, whether i can get a NOC for construction from concerned departments.

first you have to make application to concerned authority for permission if they reject your application and your area is not actually covered under FLT than you can file a Writ Petition for directions to grant permission
