Can I file PIL or something else appropriate

03-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
We are road side vendor who sells fast food from past 30 years in University area, north campus, delhi. And pay money to police, McD, and corporation monthly basis as fees/ bribery. And in recent times, the number of such vendors increased tremendously in exchange of fees / bribery to police by financial strong people. And we are suffering due to drop in sales and can't compete such authority and financially strong people who set their business side of roads. Kindly help with such situations, what to do. It's very serious situation, it is directly impacting our fundamental right to make living.

Hi, Since you have a personal interest and your personal fundamental rights are claimed to be violated, it is suggested a Writ be filed instead of a PIL. However to do that and to have a legitimate right we have to work on the aspect of whether your fast food establishment has is being run in accordance with the laws of the land. Please feel free to contact me for further assistance.
