Can I File A Maintenance Case Against My Husband?

I had a marital life with my husband for 5months and with in 3mnths only I have been hospitalized with 1st attack seizures (because of harassment and torture) and UTI (because of forced intercourse). He is an IT employee and I am an IT employee. Also he had sent me an legal notice stating that I have external affair, alcoholic, I was with him for only one mnth and hospitalized from parents house(as mentioned above). We have just filed an fir with 498. Can I file a maintenance? And what all the other options I have ?
