Can I do full time job in private sector and study 3 year LLB

05-Aug-2024 (In Civil Law)
I am working in orovate sector as full time employee, I work in shift 4 PM to 1 AM. I want to study LLB, my employer is ready to provide me NOC as the LLB course college hours are not in conflict with m work timings. College hours are from 9:30AM to 3:30 PM. As I am a permanent employee I PF is deducted from my salary and filing ITR also. After completition of LLB, while registration at Bar Council of my state, will there be any issue or my application will be rejected?

No. But you have to completely left your job before going to enrollment as advocate. Actually while working and practicing as advocate both works were not acceptable at all. Untill completion of course you can continue your job.
