Can daughters challenge against a settlement deed

my name is latha age 58 , It's a Self acquired property by my mother and father jointly in 1978,father was expired , mother is alive(hindu). My mother have 2 sons and 2 daughters. she gave this property to grand sons of my elder brother through gift deed in 2005. but in this gift deed as a witness only my elder brother has signed ?the same has not been accepted (signed ) by two grand sons yet in the deed? pls confirm as a daughter can i challenge against this gift deed ?

Hello madam u can challenge the gift deed by filing fresh suit to declare the deed as null and void and it can be done by proving of proper evidence before the concern court and also it has to be properly evidneced
