Different dob in dob certificate and 10th marksheet.. how to change dob in 10th marksheet after decades??

Dear Client, 1. You cannot directly change the DOB in the 10th marksheet after decades. Legally, you must file a declaration/correction petition before the jurisdictional civil court with proof (birth certificate, school records). 2. On obtaining a court order, the respective Education Board (CBSE/State Board) can be directed to correct the DOB in the marksheet. 3. Consult an advocate to discuss your case in brief. 4. simple write a letter mentioning the same attach all necessary documents like aadhaar card , school principal will forward it to education board once education board accepts u will get notified . thank you
