sir i m a yadav and willing to buy a proprty from a paswan dusadh community.
is it a violation of law?

Welcome to your question. As you told you belong to yadav caste which is under Backward category whereas caste Paswan belong to SC. Buy & Sell between these two violates the Law of CNT Act.
Hence you can't buy said land.
