Boundary dispute in revenue layout – neighbor claiming variation based

I own Site in a revenue layout. I purchased the property in September 2023 through a registered sale deed. My site dimensions are clearly mentioned as 40 ft (East–West) × 15 ft (North–South), and the same measurements are consistent in my mother deed and EC. At the time of purchase, the site had a compound wall matching these dimensions. Recently, the adjacent owner (Site No. 9) demolished part of the compound wall and reconstructed it by allegedly encroaching around 2 feet into my property. He

you can seek permanent injunction for which measurement your innocent in mother deed and sale deed confined more over you can take direction for re survey...your not informed here that you have site or layout plan..if you have you can re survey it..
