bore well water and septic tank issue with neighbour in relation to

Sir, My neighbour duy a septic tank only 2 and half feet away from my bore well. We filed complaint to our grampanchayat and police station they did nothing. Then we moved to civil court also but our lawyer is doing nothing since last 7 months. Can we move to high court because it is affecting our Right to Safe and clean water.Also suggest us with good lawyer.

Yes, you can move to High Court, as it is your fundamental right to get access to clean and hygienic water, safe for human consumption and usable for other domestic purposes too under the Fundamental Right of Right to Health which is covered under Right to life under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution
