BLO duty assigned to a poetically affiliated / markedteacher

As per CEO order 2084(24) Home(elec) . Dated 24.06.2025 No Plotically marked / affiliated teacher cannot be appointed as BLO but I'm the women secretary of TMC and my party president has given me the certificate.. I've provided this information to the ERO with proper documents and show cause reply.. But even after that they show cause me for 2nd time.. Which is ethically a violation of the CEO order.. What should I do now.

With all the papers submitted by you with ERO and the notices/replies of ERO, you should provide legal notice specifying judgements of Supreme court, to quash the 2nd Show cause notice upon you. Give 10 days legal notice duration. Then file writ petition in High Court challenging the second show cause notice. For further legal assistance and support you can contact me.
