Bhartiya saksha adhiniyam 2023

My case is registered before 1 July 24 and next month I am going to present call recording related to my case.then I should present it with 65 b certificate or according to bhartiya saksha adhiniyam

You have to now present Call Recording for getting it admissible on Court Record as per Section 63 of the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, which has replaced Sec 65B of the old Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
