Spelling of Title in Bank Account is 'MATHULI' and in Death Certificate it is 'MATHULY' . Under this situation how his wife, joint holder under Either or Survivor Clause, can withdraw money from the said account. She is issueless, about 69 years old, residing in a rented room, very feeble and no one to look after.
