Apt Road & open area parking converted to play area for outdoor sports

I hold a open area exclusive parking ( 20+ years old property) in Bangalore.The property by plan has a designated play area but the association has blocked kids from playing outdoor sports like cricket, football and asked the kids to play in the internal road surrounding the apartment towers adjacent to owners car parking. Is this legal? Do I have a chance to contest this legaly?
