Appeal to supreme court can I appeal ? And want to know is this delay

dad was dismissed because of long absence while he was under treatment for mental illness after recovery he explained to his company he was a employee of a public sector.company refused his explanation and matter went to court while it was in bench of high court he passed away and after his wife and two sons were joined as respondents in case. judgement was against us.we wanted to appeal in supreme court.after his death 2of us became ill physically and mentaly.now want to appeal to supreme cour

1. you have to file before the higher court against the orders passed by the High court mentioning the reason and why the court has passed such orders and for what reason you would not appear before the court and other things mentioned in the petition file it before the higher court.

The appeal period is 90days , but if you have a valid reason for delay in filing the appeal , along with necessary documents supportkng the reasons for delay an appeal can be filed along with and application for condonation of delay before the Supreme Court
