Appeal before State Information Commission
10-Jul-2026 (In Civil Law)
The FAA has adjudicated my 30 RTI appeals without giving opportunity of personal hearing which was specifically requested by me in all appeals. Moreover the Order is not a speaking order which the FAA as Quasi Judicial officer should have done. Request valuable opinion as to whether I should file individual appeal before the State Information Commissioner or can I file one appeal against 30 orders.
hello, Your query requires examining the FAA orders and the facts of all 30 RTI appeals before suggesting the appropriate legal remedy. Depending on the circumstances, the course of action may differ. You may consult an advocate with the relevant documents for detailed legal advice and the appropriate proceedings.
Based on your query and the limited information that I have, the correct course of action is by filing a Writ Petition in the High Court with a direction to the FAA to regear the matter with an opportunity being given to you. But I need to know more about your case to give a detailed analysis. Feel free to get in touch
