Apartment, collecting money without any bills and threatening

I stay in an apartment, which is not been registered. But they collect maintenance of Rs 800/- monthly, for which no proper bills were shown also in addition to that they collect excess sum of money in thousands stating that to maintain adequate balance in account. No proper account were maintained. Now they are asking Rs 5000/- for CCTV, for which we said we don't require as we have our own CCTV which was which was installed in 2022. They alse started threatening that they will harm us.

Hello Sir/Mam, For each apartment or a community should have an association and have to draft your particular bylaws for your welfare. if not then we can take a civil action against them accordingly under the appropriate Laws.
