Ancestral property, father wants to give his share to son

21-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
My great grandfather bought some properties and divided it into his two sons (one of them is my grandfather and he got his share as 10 acres land, 2 houses, 2 motors and 2 well). After some time they sold 2 acres (now we got 8 acres land). After my grandpa's death, my aunt, my grandma and my father become the owners, my grandma bought the shares of my aunt for some amount and wrote a will (2/3 rd of the entire property which my grandma owns) on my name. Now my father has a one-third of a share. my only sister married without my family interest. now I have 1/9 th of a share directly and my sister have 1/9 and my father have 1/9. will my father able to give the 1/3 of the property to me or can he give his 1/9 of a share to me without my sister's interest?
