Allotment of car parking by association of an apartment to a owner

25-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
Assn. allotted car parking in a pathway the gates of which were closed and other passage of neighbour building is being used. Now the neighbour refused passage necessitating opening the closed gate. Now what will be my rights? While allowing car parking to me, a facility was given that in case the gate is opened myself will be entitled to use the area of watchmen quarter. Can I demand to allot the watchmen quarter now as my car parking?

You have rights as specified in the agreement made while allotting the car parking to you. If it was agreed that in case the gate is opened, you are entitled to use the area of the watchman's quarter, then you can demand to allot the watchman's quarter for car parking. However, it's advisable to first consult with a legal expert to understand the legal implications and possibilities in your specific case.
