Allegation of neighbour reg unauthorised occupation of their plot

In 2001 purchased plot from APHB. House constructed immediately and after 23 years my neighbour plot belongs to Govt Estb issued a letter alleging my unauthorised occupation. What remedy I am having

hi first need to see the contents of the letter received by you and their version and based on that you could reply to notice that it is based on all false allegations or you could approach court for seeking relief
