air pollution created by neighbor

my neighbor as turned his kitchen chimney vent in my room wall.hence all the pollution from kitchen comes to my room. and after the so many request he is not closing his vent. more over he threatening with that do what you can do i will not close it...kindly help what to do where to complain.. as its completely illegal. how can somebody throws the sir pollution towards other home
This is completely unacceptable as to what he is doing.

You have absolute right to have clean air. No one may do so as you have mentioned in your query. You have to approach civil court and have to file injuction suit. Court will order him to remove such chimney.

you can initiate both civil and criminal proceedings against your neighbour. firstly file a complaint u/s 133 croc before the sub-divisional magistrate for removal of nuisance, after that file a suit for removal of nuisance, damages caused by such act of nuisance and permanent injunction restraining the neighbour from doing such a action.
