I bought a agricultural land and neighbors land owners told they will leave a 10ft road need an opinion on how the agreement should be

hello sir/madam the agreement shall mention that there is a easement of passing through the land of the seller to the extent what ever you think is enough and also it will be good to mention that this is easement by agreement it will be better if you could showe the agreement and I could helpyou
